Thank you for ordering at our online shop. We hope you love the pieces that you’ve ordered. If something didn’t work out, you have the chance to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.

Please contact us beforehand in the event of a return by sending us an email at tanja@zaha.online.

We do not offer to pay the return shipping, but assist you with everything you need. Please book a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returns until we physically receive them.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
